When you purchase a watch from MonsterReplica we provide you with a 30-day warranty. Please read the following terms to discover what is and what isn't covered:

• From the date of purchase, your watch is covered by our limited warranty for 30 days.
   
• Only manufacturers defects are included in our warranty. This covers the watch being defective upon delivery or malfunctioning within the 30 day warranty period.
   
• If you need to fulfill a warranty on one of the watches you've purchased from this website, please contact Customer Support through the Contact Us link. Any warranties will be handled by Customer Support and our Billing Department.
   
• If your watch is mistreated or is broken during everyday wear-and-tear, it is not covered by our warranty. Please do not attempt to return a watch that was broken due to it being dropped or being worn underwater, etc.
   
• Replica watches are not waterproof and were not intended to be worn while showering, swimming or any other water-related activity. The warranty does not cover damage to the watch caused by exposure to water.
   
• If you have a situation which is not covered by our warranty please feel free to contact Customer Support. We will get back to you to inform you of your options.
   
• If your watch is defective upon arrival, please do not try to open the watch and fix it yourself. If you do, you will be charged a $55.00 restocking fee.
   
• Should your watch have a problem that can't be fixed by a watch repair shop, please contact Customer Support and we will see if we can assist you in any way.
